India is an ancient land rich with a chest of simple yet scientific formulae that helps one to live a physically and mentally healthy life. Utilizing this valuable knowledge of the land, a recluse by the name of Ravi Shankar founded a non-profit organization called the Ashram of the Art of Living Bangalore that teaches people from all over the world the art of living.

ST Mary’s Cathedral Banglore

St. Mary’s Basilica is situated opposite the Russel Market Square in Shivajinagar, Bangalore. Initially, the basilica was built as a small chapel by Abbe Dubois, in the year 1818. However, later, Reverend L.E. Kleiner got it converted into an ornate Gothic style church. In 1882, St. Mary’s Basilica was adorned with a large number of stained glass windows, imported from Paris. However, during World War II, these windows were removed and then again restored in the year 1947, the year of India’s independence.

St. Mark’s Cathedral in Banglore

St. Mary’s Basilica is a basilica located in the Archdiocese of Bangalore in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is the oldest church in Bangaloreand is the only church in the state that has been elevated to the status of a minor basilica. It is famous for the festivities held during the St. Mary’s Feast in the month of September each year, an event that attracts a number of devotees from in and around Bangalore.
